Preschool Ministry:

The folks at WFBC value the opportunity to minister to your preschooler.  We take great measures to assure their safety while you worship with us.  We provide Sunday School and extended care on Sunday mornings as well as a children's worship time for the older preschoolers.  Nursery care is provided during all study times and worship services.  We also provide periodic fellowships for the children and their families.

Children's Ministry:

Our Children's ministry goal is to provide a well-rounded, Christ-centereed, experience for your child and not just a program.  On Sunday's they will attend Sunday School where they learn about God's word and what Christ has done for them.  Children, grades 1-4, are dismissed following the music protion of our Sunday morning worship to attend Worship Kid Style.  On Sunday evenings, your child will learn about missions and how they too can share the Gospel with others.  Through Wednesday Night BAM (Bible and Music) they will learn to praise the Lord through participation in children's choir as well as how to use & memorize God's word .  Our older children (completed grades 3-6) have the opportunity to attend camp every summer.  We also have periodic children events to bring children and paents closer together.

Youth Ministry:

Our student ministry is called SOSM.  SOSM stands for Sold Out Student Ministries.  SOSM meets Wednesday nights at 6:30 and Sunday nights at 5:30 in the 2nd floor youth room.  There is also Jr. High and Sr. High Bible study groups on Sunday mornings at 9:45 in the same area.  Our students have fellowships each month, service projects, attend summer mission trips and camps as well as lead in worship.  For more information, go to www.s-o-s-m.blogspot.com.

Adult Ministry:

Adult ministry offerings vary throughout the year.  Our ladies study with Beth Moore periodically as well as sponsor special fellowships.  Our men are involved in periodic men's studies as well as weekly prayer at 7:00 am on Sunday mornings.  Some of our men play in the Conway church softball league in the spring.

Missions Ministry:

Our missions team is dedicated to the promotion and enlistment of mission in our church.  We support the Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, and Dixie Jackson missions offerings.  We also have members who serve in the Arkansas Baptist State Convention Disaster Relief Ministry.  Throughout the year we will participate or supoort local mission or ministry projects.

Worship Ministry:

Wooster First utilizes an adult choir, worship band, and special music performances to lead the people in worshipping our Lord.

G.R.O.W. Outreach Ministry:

G.R.O.W. is a ministry for all ages at WFBC.  It is our primary tool for reaching our community for Christ as well as visiting those who visit us.  G.R.O.W. is also used to contact those who are new to our area.
