Bro. Matt came to Wooster FBC in February of 2007.  He is a Searcy, Arkansas native with a B.S.E. in Elementary Education from Ouachita Baptist University, an MDiv from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing his DMin from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Matt answered God's call to ministry while in high school and has served churches in Arkansas and Texas through various staff positions since 1993.  Matt married his college sweethart Amy and they have two beautiful daughters.

In his free time Bro. Matt loves to spend time with his family, do "manly" projects around the house, and play an occasional round of golf.
